Known for famous tracks ‘Big Yellow Taxi’, ‘A Long December’, and ‘Accidentally In Love’ among several other award-winning albums and songs, Counting Crows gained a large and loyal fanbase over the past three decades because of their signature sound – a blend of rock and roll, folk, soul, and pop. The band, fronted by amazing vocalist Adam Duritz, always incorporates deep storytelling in each of their songs; don’t be surprised if you’re drawn in by each sung line, because they are truly talented lyricists at their core.
When it comes to live tours, audiences are assured to have the best experience possible. Counting Crows is considered by fans to have very few who can match them when it comes to their production value and engaging stage presence. More than the chilling effect of hearing Adam Duritz voice in a live setting, the band is very well-known for their calm and cool instrumentation. Add their chart-topping and memorable tracks to all of that and you’ll find yourself singing along during the entire set with a smile on your face!
Their upcoming tour, The Complete Sweets!, is launched in support of their new album, Butter Miracle, The Complete Sweets!. This is their first full-length album ever since the 2021 release of their EP, Butter Miracle Suite One. It also serves as the expansion of the previous EP. With the release of the album’s single ‘Spaceman in Tulsa’, Duritz describes the song to be “about metamorphosis – the way music breaks down who we were and spins us into something new” – a hint of how the band is adapting their music to modern taste and the younger generations.
